• Cardiovascular fitness: Rebounding can raise heart rate to 79% of max in just 19 minutes, qualifying as moderate-to-vigorous cardio without excessive joint strain

  • Lower joint impact: Compared to running, rebounding reduces peak ankle acceleration by up to 50%, making it safer for knees, hips, and back

  • Lymphatic system boost: The up-and-down motion “pumps” lymph fluid, aiding detoxification and immune function

  • Core strength: Maintaining stability engages deep abdominal and back muscles, improving posture and reducing back pain

  • Mental health: The rhythmic motion can reduce stress and improve mood

  • Bone health: The gentle, rhythmic stress stimulates bone formation, helping prevent osteoporosis

Time to Jump into wellness

Classes begin July 6!

Why bouncing aerobics?

What if I’ve never done it before?

I’ve got a secret for you, sis. Every person on a rebounder had never done it before at one point in time. The class will offer modifications for all levels from beginner- intermediate.

This is a no judgement zone. Come in, get moving, we will crank up the tunes and have a blast!

The registration fee is a one-time fee that is due, whether you take one class or 100 classes. It goes toward the purchase and maintenance of the rebounders.
