Scout’s Haven is owned, operated and funded by our family. Every bit of community support is so greatly appreciated. We offer a secular environment for play & learning. ✨Our approach to science- We offer fun, engaging hands on activities to learn about earth sciences, chemistry and biology. We do not talk about how the world began or how humanity started, as we believe that is something that should be taught according to each families individual beleifs. ✨Holiday celebrations- We will honor, understand and acknowledge customs from around the world. Though, I myself am a believer, I also believe that part of what makes this world so great is that we are all entirely different, with different traditions, customs and understanding of the world. We are very STEAM-based. We will have centers for science, technology (limited, as we lean heavily into imaginative learning, though we do believe there is a place for tech in learning!), engineering, Art & Math. These centers will be open for Open play, as well as our enrichment and preschool programs.
